Diaper Assistance:

Once a month guests can receive (50) diapers (size newborn - 7) and wipes. Distribution is the 3rd Saturday of the month 10 am-12pm @ St. Michael’s Church ~ 340 Burncoat St., Worcester - White building/hall behind the church. Call or visit the website for more info.

SNAP (Formerly Food Stamps): To apply, call the Dept of Transitional Assistance at (877)-382-2363 or www.mass.gov/snap ** Lisa Kelley at the Grafton Senior Center is available to assist with applying or obtaining a recertification. Call: (508)-839-5335 x1147. The summer EBT hotline for low income school aged children to buy food when schools are out is: (855)-425-8770.
NAC Food Pantry ~ 20 Highland Street (lower level of Senior Center), Northbridge/Whitinsville call: (774)-246-6410. Visit www.northbridgefoodpantry.org/ Those who do not reside in Northbridge/Whitinsville may visit the food pantry the last Saturday of each month from 10am-12pm.
Peace of Bread Community Supper (United Presbyterian Church) ~ 51 Cottage Street, Whitinsville call: (508)-234-8220 OR email heartandhome1@charter.net. Occurs every Wednesday night at 5:30 pm. There is also an on-site food pantry & free clothing room to assist all who are in need.

St. Patrick’s John 21 Community Breakfast ministry provides a free, nutritious breakfast every Saturday morning from 8-9:30am.

Utilities Assistance:
At any time you may call your utility company to see if you are eligible for a discounted rate. If you receive benefits from SNAP, WIC, SSI, Veterans Benefits, Mass Health, public or subsidized housing, etc., you may qualify for a discounted rate.
Cold Relief Heat Line call: (800)-632-8175. Central resource to find fuel assistance (LIHEAP), heating system repairs, and weatherization services.
Eversource call: (800)-592-2000. Visit www.eversource.com for information on help with paying your utility bill and other tips.
Good Neighbor Energy Fund call: (508)-756-7191. Visit www.magoodneighbor.org/assistance.html. May provide assistanceif you are not eligible for state or federal energy assistance.
National Grid call: (800)-233-5325. Visit www.nationalgridus.com for information on assistance with paying your bill.
RCAP Solutions call: (800)-488-1969. Visitwww.rcapsolutions.org/for information on applying for RAFT to assist with paying outstanding utility bills, rent or financial assistance with obtaining new housing.
SMOC Fuel Assistance call: (508)-620-2342 or visit: https://smoc.org/service/home-energy-assistance/ There is a 4-6 week application process, but assistance can be available with paying utility bills on a monthly basis, as well as heating system repair. Applications can be filed in November. *Lisa Kelley at the Grafton Senior Center is available to assist with applying or obtaining a recertification, for anyone aged 60and above, by calling: (508)-839-5335 x1147.
